a. Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:

-A candidate should have passed with degree (Graduation) in any discipline from the University which is recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government

Age:

Candidates should not be below 21 years and above 30 years of age. However relaxation will be applicable in upper age limit as per the rules for specified categories including SC/ST/OBC etc. 

Nationality:

Participants must possess one of the citizenships which are given below
-Citizen of India
Citizen of Nepal
-Citizen of Bhutan
-A Tibetan refugee
-People migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Uganda, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Malawi, Tanzania , Zaire, Zambia, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

b. Exam Pattern and selection procedure: 

Examination will be conducted online on computer and this will be in two stage examination. -At first the prelim exam for 100 marks will be conducted, these marks will not be considered for final merit list and after that the stage II exam will be conducted for 200 marks.

-Candidate has to qualify the preliminary test to appear the mains examination.

Interviews: Candidates who are qualified in mains (Stage II) examination will be then called for an interview.
